51st Annual Missouri Governor's Cup Regatta!

The 51st Governor’s Cup Regatta is officially in the books—and what an incredible event it was!

The forecast may have called for lightning and heavy rain, but Mother Nature had other plans. The system passed just south of us, leaving behind great racing conditions: plenty of wind and no rain.

This year, we had four fleets on the water—Vipers, JAM, J22s, and Thistles—with a Laser making an appearance as well. A huge thank-you to everyone who came out to compete and cheer! Race results and over 100 photos are now posted on the Governor’s Cup page here on our website. Don’t miss them!

The dinner and dance were another huge hit, selling out once again. So mark your calendars now: September 18–20, 2026. We’ll be back bigger and better, with more tickets, food and tables available (though you’ll still want to grab yours early).

And yes—you can watch for the return of all the favorites: the stunt plane flyover, the bootleggers, the spirited racing, and, of course, plenty of pirate hats.
